"Touch" Your Clients..

It’s important for you to keep your name in front of your existing, as well as potential clients. Your competitors are working hard to steal them away.

A good way to help prevent this from happening is by maintaining "relationships" your potential and existing clients. It’s been said that you should directly contact ("touch") your clients on a regular basis. In doing so you might use birthday cards, seasonal greeting cards, postcards, newsletters, or other monthly mailings. This doesn’t include routine transactions such as monthly statements, etc. You should also have several conversations per year, including face to face meetings.

A personalized "Thank You" or "I Appreciate You" is a great way to build customer loyalty. People have a deep need to be appreciated.
