By making the complicated simple, (and ESPECIALLY if you are in a "complicated" business) you can easily increase your business. There are lots of easy ways to do this.
Become a "professional explainer" by making complicated subjects , as well as specific products or concepts, simple and easy to understand. Just sending out material for them to read on their own may not be as effective as you might think. According to recent statistics, 50% of American adults are unable to read an eighth grade level book.
Remember to always present everything in the simplest possible language and in the simplest possible form.
